Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading has entered into an Asset Purchase agreement to undertake purchase of certain specific assets of Munchin Foods, Partnership Firm. The acquisition is in line with the company's strategic objective to expand its footprint and explore synergistic opportunities in downstream business segments. Cost of Acquisition is Rs 1.50 crore.
Munchin Foods is a Partnership Firm engaged in the manufacture and sale of namkeen, snacks, and other food products under the brand name 'Munchin Lite-bits'.
Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading is engaged in manufacturing/processing, trading and marketing of wide range of spices, dry fruits and other grocery products under the brand name ‘VANDU’ and frozen/semi fried products under the brand name of ‘FRYD’.
