VR Woodart informs about trading window closure
VR Woodart has informed that pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will remain closed for all the Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from July 01, 2025 till Forty-Eight (48) hours after the conclusion of the meeting of the Board of Directors to be held for the purpose of considering the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025. The date of meeting of the Board for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated in due course of time.
