FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per June 30 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Monday's data were net buyers in both equity and debt segments , according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 24067.43 crore against gross selling of Rs 18392.65 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 5674.78 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 4574.38 crore with gross sales of Rs 2064.00 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 2510.38 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net sellers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 215.62 crore, they stood at net sellers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 221.96 crore, while net buyers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 2947.96 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 29.20 crore against gross selling of Rs 21.86 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 7.34 crore in hybrid segment.
