Karnimata Cold Storage has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on Tuesday, the 1st day of July, 2025 at its registered office have discussed, considered and approved the following: Considered and approved the appointment of Laxmi Agarwal as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effective from July 1, 2025 Details with respect to the above changes as required under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoDI/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are provided in the Annexure 1 to this letter. The Board Meeting was commenced at 04:30 pm and concluded at 5:00 pm.
