ITD Cementation India has informed that on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company have considered and approved the appointment of Navneet Kabra as Senior Vice President- Operations falling in the category of Senior Management Personnel with effect from 1st July, 2025. The requisite disclosures, pursuant to Part A Para A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations and in terms of SEBI Master Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024 and Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated 31st December, 2024, are enclosed as per annexures respectively.
