VVIP Infratech informs about appointment of additional director
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, VVIP Infratech has informed that, the Board of Directors, vide its Circular resolution approved on July 01st, 2025, has approved the appointment of Nupur Arora having DIN No.- 11148474 as an Additional Director (Non-Executive- Independent) of the Company with effect from July 01st, 2025, till the next annual general meeting of the Company, subject to the approval of the shareholders. Detailed information as required under Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, in respect of aforesaid appointment is given in ‘Annexure A’ to this letter.
