Swaraj Engines has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 15th July, 2025 (Tuesday), to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended on 30th June, 2025. In terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Swaraj Engines, the Trading Window has been closed from 1st July, 2025 to 17 th July, 2025 (both days inclusive).
