Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Simplex Mills Company has informed that it enclosed copies of the newspaper advertisements published in the newspapers, Financial Express -English and Mahasagar Akola -Marathi on 3rd July, 2025. The said advertisements were published in compliance with the relevant Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI.
