Vedant Asset informs about appointment of strategic advisor
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Vedant Asset has informed that Sunil Subramaniam has been appointed as a Strategic Advisor with effect from 2nd July, 2025. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoDI/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are given in the enclosed Annexure A. The Appointment of Sunil Subramaniam will strengthen the company mission to build a more inclusive, transparent and an empowered investment ecosystem.
