In continuation to a letter dated 2 June 2025, the members of the Company on 2 July 2025, by way of Postal Ballot, have approved the following items of special business: Continuation of Sanjivnayan Rahulkumar Bajaj (DIN: 00014615) as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director of the Company beyond 19 July 2025 Pursuant to Regulation 44 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, Maharashtra Scooters has informed that it submitted the results of the e-voting pursuant to the Postal Ballot, for the ordinary resolution as specified in the Postal Ballot Notice dated 23 April 2025. The e-voting for the Postal Ballot commenced on Tuesday, 3 June 2025 at 9.00 am (IST) and ended on Wednesday, 2 July 2025 at 5.00 pm (IST). The said ordinary resolution is deemed to be passed on the last date of the e-voting, i.e., Wednesday, 2 July 2025, with the requisite majority.
