Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Agi Greenpac has informed that AGI Greenpac has made a voluntary partial prepayment of its Term Loans amounting to Rs 193.25 crores, availed from Banks, from its internal accruals on 2nd July, 2025.
