BLS Infotech has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on Wednesday, 14th August, 2024, had approved and recorded quarterly financial results for quarter ended on 30 June, 2024. These unaudited financial results were subject to Limited Review by the Company’s Statutory Auditors, Acharyya Swapan & Co, Chartered Accountants (Regn. No. 325797E), and were also reviewed by the Company’s Audit Committee in their meeting aiso held on the same date. The meeting started at 11.30 AM and ended at 13.00 PM. In accordance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, text of unaudited financial results for quarter ended 30th June, 2024 along with a copy of the Limited Review Report dated 14th August, 2024 are attached for perusal, necessary action and record. These financial results have been signed by Mr Bibhas Bera (DIN: 00433029), a director of the Company who had been authorised by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 14th August, 2024 to sign the same on behalf of the Company. A Certified copy of the Board Resolution is attached for reference, information and records.
