Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, Cupid Breweries and Distilleries has informed that the company has received a communication from BSE imposing a fine in accordance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 [Chapter-VII(A) - Penal Actions for Non-Compliance], for the alleged non-compliance with Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, pertaining to the timely submission of financial results. In this regard, it has informed that, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on June 25, 2025, approved the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025, and the same were submitted to the stock exchanges thereafter. The company has also informed that on June 01, 2025, the Company had submitted a detailed explanation regarding the reasons for the delay in the finalization and submission of the financial results. Further, the Company is in the process of submitting a representation to BSE requesting a waiver of the fine imposed, along with supporting documents and justification.
