Dilip Buildcon has informed that Dilip Buildcon (Company) has transferred 24.99 % equity capital stake in its two wholly owned subsidiary company, Mehgama-Hansdiha Highways; and Raipur-Visakhapatnam-CG-2 Highways, held by the Company to Build India Infrastructure Fund Furthermore, the detailed disclosure as required pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), as amended from time to time, read with SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is exhibited hereunto as ‘Annexure A’.
