Lancor Holdings informs about resignation of SMP
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Part A, Para A sub para 7C of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirement) 2015 and with reference to our disclosure dated 2nd July, 2025, Lancor Holdings has informed that, V. Babuji, Vice President- Projects (Senior Managerial Personnel) of the Company, had tendered his resignation from the services of the Company due to personal reasons, with effect from the close of business hours on 30th June, 2025 which got approved by the management of the Company on 2nd July, 2025. Resignation Letter is attached in this regard. The details that are required to be disclosed as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 and Schedule Ill - Para A (7C) of Part A of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, are provided in Annexure I to this letter.
