Premier Synthetics inks MoU with Sunsky Seals
The company will earn consideration in form of commission income which is estimated at Rs 55 lakh for FY 2025-26
Premier Synthetics has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with M/s Sunsky Seals on July 4, 2025. Sunsky Seals is a private limited Company engaged in the business of manufacturing of polycarbonate plastic seals.
After execution of the MoU, the company will manage the business operations related to manufacturing of polycarbonate plastic seals of Sunsky Seals and will earn consideration in form of commission income which is estimated at Rs 55 lakh for FY 2025-26.
Premier Synthetics is a cloth processing unit. The service range offered by the company includes Dyeing, printing, chemical processing of manmade fabrics, Import and export manmade fibers, deal in synthetics, Buying and selling of linen, cotton, silk satin etc.
