V-Mart Retail has informed that it enclosed the copies of the newspaper publication of Notice of ensuing 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 29th July, 2025, as published in terms of the Regulation 30 read with Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, on Saturday, 5th July, 2025, in ‘Business Standard’ - English and ‘Business Standard ‘- Hindi newspapers. The same will be made available on the Company's website at www.vmart.co.in.
