Further, in continuation to letters dated June 23, 2025 and June 30, 2025 on closure of trading window, it has reiterated that trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall continue to remain closed for all designated persons including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees and other connected persons of the Company till completion of 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchange(s) for the quarter ended on June 30, 2025.
