Pursuant to Regulation 34(2)(f) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Thermax has submitted the Company’s Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR) along with reasonable assurance report on Core BRSR indicators for Financial Year 2024-25, which also forms part of the Annual Report of the Company for FY 2024-25, submitted to the Exchanges vide ITS intimation dated July 5, 2025.
