Thermax informs about annual report
In compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Thermax has enclosed the notice of 44th AGM and the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2024-25, which is being sent to the shareholders through electronic mode today i.e., July 5, 2025. Further, pursuant to Regulation 36(1)(b) of the Listing Regulations, a letter providing the web-link from where the Annual Report can be accessed on the Company’s website, is also being sent to the shareholders whose email ids are not registered with Company/Depository Participants. The 44th AGM of the Company will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2025 at 4.30 pm (IST) through Video Conferencing (‘VC’) and Other Audio-Visual Means (‘OAVM’). The AGM Notice and the Annual Report are available on the Company’s website at www.thermaxglobal.com
