360 One Wam inches up on getting nod to acquire stock broking, distribution business of Credit Suisse Securities (India)

The company has received the necessary approval from National Stock Exchange of India for the same

360 One Wam is currently trading at Rs. 1246.50, up by 2.35 points or 0.19% from its previous closing of Rs. 1244.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1249.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1272.95 and Rs. 1236.00 respectively. So far 9752 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1317.25 on 03-Jan-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 766.05 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1272.95 and Rs. 1156.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 50325.70 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 14.20%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 75.72% and 10.09% respectively.

360 One Wam has received the necessary approval from National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) for acquisition of stock broking and distribution business of Credit Suisse Securities (India), on a slump sale basis, by company’s wholly owned subsidiary -- 360 ONE Distribution Services.

Earlier, 360 ONE Distribution Services had executed Business Transfer Agreement with Credit Suisse Securities (India) and UBS AG, for the same.
