Matrimony.com informs about outcome of board meeting
Pursuant to Regulation 30 (4) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR), Matrimony.com has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 08th July 2025, which commenced.at 10.00 am and concluded at 10.30 am, unanimously approved the following, 1. Appointment of Harigovind Krishnasamy as Chief Financial Officer of the company with effect from July 8th 2025; 2. Approved the acquisition of 6.25% stake in Bharat Ek Khoj Spiritual Tech. Disclosure of information under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 (‘SEBI Circular’) is enclosed as Annexure I. Further, in compliance with Regulation 46(2) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, this disclosure is also being uploaded on the Company’s website at www.matrimony.com.
