Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Clean Science and Technology has informed that, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 17th July, 2025, to consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the First Quarter ended 30th June, 2025. In accordance with the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Insider Trading in Securities of the Company, the Trading Window of the Company has been closed for trading in shares of the Company by its designated persons and their immediate relatives from Tuesday, 1st July, 2025 and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of financial results by the Company. The intimation is also being uploaded on the website of the Company at www.cleanscience.co.in.
