Kerala Ayurveda informs about compliance certificate
Kerala Ayurveda has informed that it attached the certificate from RTA, Integrated Registry Management Services, certifying that the details of securities dematerialized/ rematerialized during the aforesaid period as required under Reg 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, have been furnished to the stock exchanges where the shares of the Company are listed.
