A B Infrabuild has informed that Vanita Vinodbhai Bhuva (DIN: 08164809) vide letter dated 7th July, 2025, has submitted her resignation as an Independent Director of A B Infrabuild (the Company) and also from various committees of the Company with effect from 7th July, 2025. Further, The details required in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III - Para A(7B) of Part A of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circulars issued in this regard, are given in Annexure - I.
