Orbit Exports enters into agreement to acquire 26% stake in K&H Construction
The said acquisition is expected to be completed by March 2026
Orbit Exports has entered into Share Subscription Cum Shareholder's Agreement to acquire 26% of share capital of K&H Construction, for the development of 2MW Solar Captive Generating Plant (SCGP) as Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) in south Gujrat region. Entire power units generated from the SPV will be captively consumed resulting Environmental benefits and Cost benefits. Cost of acquisition is up to Rs 75 lakh. The said acquisition is expected to be completed by March 2026.
