Carraro India has informed that in reference to the letter dated 25th June, 2025 regarding meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled on Tuesday, 5th August 2025 to, consider and approve the unaudited financial results (both standalone and consolidated), for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025 (financial results) and in terms of the referred Regulation 30 read with Schedule III - Part A to the Listing Regulations, an earnings conference call for analysts and investors is scheduled on Wednesday, 6th August 2025 at 08:30 am (IST) to discuss the above financial results.
