Onward Technologies has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 16, 2025 which commenced at 10:00 A.M and concluded at 10:50 AM, has approved the Unaudited standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 along with the Limited Review Report for the Quarter ended June 30 2025 from our Statutory Auditors M/s BSR & Co. LLP Chartered Accountants; Aakash Joshi (Mem. No. A60953) has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. July 16, 2025. The details as per the requirement of SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September 2015 is enclosed as ‘Annexure-A’.
