In terms of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Venmax Drugs and Pharmaceuticals has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at 2.00 pm to consider and approve, the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2025. Further, it has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company which stands closed for all the Designated Persons of the Company with effect from July 1, 2025 would continue to remain closed till July 25, 2025 i.e., till 48 hours after the approval of the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2025.
