NCC informs about outcome of adjourned meeting of secured creditors
NCC has informed that notice convening the adjourned meeting of the secured creditors of the Company to be held on Thursday, 14th August 2025 at 11:30 am has been emailed to all the Secured Creditors of the Company. The Newspaper Notice under Section 230 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies (Compromises, Arrangements and Amalgamations) Rules, 2016, in respect of the aforesaid meeting as published today in Business Standard (English), Nava Telangana (Telugu) newspapers are enclosed. The notice of the Meeting and other relevant documents for the Scheme of Arrangement are available on website of the Company at https://www.ncclimited.com/Scheme-ofArrangement.html.
