Premier Explosives has informed that the Company, Premier Explosives has received an export order for a total consideration of USD 12,240,000; approx. INR.105 Crore, for manufacture and supply of Defence Explosives, to be delivered within a period of 12 months. Disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBIIHO/CFDIPoD2/CIRJP/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is annexed as Annexure-I.
