Amalgamated Electricity Company has informed that a Special Window has been opened only for relodgement of transfer deeds, which were lodged prior to the deadline of April 1, 2019 and rejected / returned / not attended due to deficiency in the documents / process or otherwise. The relodgement window shall remain open for a period of six months from July 7, 2025 till January 6, 2026. Eligible shareholders are requested to contact the Company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) MUFG Intime India at email ID rnt.helpdesk@in.mpms.mufg.com or at their office at C 101, 247 Park, L B S Marg, Vikhroli (West) Mumbai-400083 or the Company at cs@cifco.in for further assistance. During this period, the securities that are re-lodged for transfer (including those requests that are pending with the Company / RTA, as on date) shall be issued only in demat mode, once all the documents are found in order by RTA. The lodger must have demat account and provide its Client Master List (CML), along with the transfer documents and share certificates, while re-lodging the documents for transfer with RTA.
