Pursuant to Regulation 29 and 33 of the Listing Regulations 2015, Agri-Tech (India) has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 28th July 2025 to approve the following. 1. To consider, approve and take on record Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2025; 2. Any other business with the permission of board. The Company has already closed its ‘Trading Window’ under the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading from 30th June 2025 and it will re-open on 30th July 2025.
