Westlife Foodworld informs about board meeting for declaration of interim dividend
With reference to communication dated 11th July, 2025, regarding intimating of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to held on 23rd July, 2025, to consider and approve, unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025, further to that, in compliance with Regulation 29 of the Regulations, Westlife Foodworld has informed that the Board of Directors in its aforesaid meeting may consider declaration of interim dividend basis on the financial performance ended on 30th June, 2025. Further, 4th August, 2025 shall be reckoned as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of the aforesaid interim dividend, if declared by the Board of Directors in the aforesaid meeting.
