ABC India has informed that it enclosed copies of Newspaper Advertisement published on 18th July, 2025 in Business Standard (English) and Aajkaal (Bengali) regarding Notice intimating the shareholders about the opening of a special window for Re-lodgment of transfer requests of physical shares, in accordance with Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD/P/CIR/2025/97 dated 2nd July, 2025 issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India. The aforesaid Notice has also been uploaded on the website of the Company at www.abcindia.com.
