Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in compliance with General Circular no. 20/2020 dated 5th May 2020 and subsequent circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) in this regard, Pagaria Energy has informed that it enclosed newspaper advertisements published in The Sikh Times (in English) and Quami Patrika (in Hindi, Local vernacular language) dated 15th July 2025 for attention of the shareholders intimating that the 34th Annual General Meeting of the company will be held on Friday, 08th August 2025 at 1:00 pm (IST) via Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
