Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III thereto of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, Schneider Electric Infrastructure has informed that, Suparna Banerjee Bhattacharyya, has tendered her resignation from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, on July 21, 2025, to pursue her career outside the organization. Consequently, she will also relinquish the position of Key Managerial Personnel and Senior Management Official of the Company. The last working day of Bhattacharyya along with her resignation letter shall be informed to your office in due course.
