Automobile Corporation of Goa submits board meeting intimation
Automobile Corporation Of Goa has informed that pursuant to Regulations 29(1) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, a meeting of the Board of Directors (the Board) of Automobile Corporation of Goa is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 (the ‘Meeting’), to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025 along with the Reports of the Auditors thereon. As per the 'ACGL Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has intimated its 'Designated Persons' that the ‘Trading Window’ is closed from June 23, 2025 and will remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours from the date of publication of the said Audited Financial Results of the Company.
