In continuation of letter No. SEC&LEG/194 dated July 22, 2025 and pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’); Kirloskar Pneumatic Company has informed that it enclosed the following: a) Voting Results as required under Regulation 44 of the Listing Regulations - Annexure A; and b) The consolidated report of the Scrutinizer on remote E-Voting and E-Voting during the AGM - Annexure B.
