Further to submission of Notice of 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Annual Report for F.Y. 2024-25 vide its communication dated July 22, 2025, Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing has informed that the Company has completed dispatch of 9th AGM Notice and Annual Report for F.Y. 2024-25 on July 22, 2025, to the members. As required under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it has enclosed copies of newspaper advertisement published in the following newspapers: a) Business Line (English - All Editions) b) Prajavani (Kannada Regional language). The above-mentioned newspaper advertisements are also available on the website of the Company at www.unimechaerospace.com.
