SBEC Sugar informs about disclosure

SBEC Sugar has informed that the Hon’ble High Court of Allahabad order dated 21st July, 2025 received by the company on a writ petition filed against SBEC Sugar Mills in relation to outstanding cane dues of crushing season 2024-25. The Hon’ble High Court of Allahabad has directed The Collector, District Baghphat to execute recovery certificate against the company in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date a true attested copy of the order is placed before the Collector, District Baghphat. Once the amount covered by the recovery citation/certificate is realised, the claim of petitioners shall be settled without any delay as per the norms that are being followed by respondent no.5 (Sahkari Ganna Samiti, Baghpat). In accordance with requirement of regulations 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Para B (5) of Part A of Schedule III and SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, the detailed disclosure is enclosed as Annexure -A. This information is in compliance under the applicable provision of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
