KNR Constructions informs about record date
KNR Constructions has informed that the Company, at its Board Meeting held on Monday, 11th August, 2025 has fixed Monday, 15th September 2025 as the record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of shareholders for the final dividend of Rs 0.25 per share (on face value of Rs 2/-) each for the financial year 2024-25. The final dividend, which is subject to Tax Deduction at Source, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, shall be paid within 30 days from the date of approval by the shareholders.
