Pursuant to the requirements of the Regulation 34(2)(f) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, Bikaji Foods International has informed that it enclosed the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (‘BRSR’) of the Company for the financial year 2024-25. The BRSR forms an integral part of the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2024-25, which has been already submitted to the Stock Exchanges vide its letter bearing reference number BFIL/SEC/2025- 26/60 dated August 22, 2025.
