Premier Energy and Infrastructure has informed that the 33rd AGM of the Company was held on Thursday, August 21, 2025, through Video Conference (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The remote e-voting commenced on Sunday, August 17, 2025, at 9:00 AM IST and ended on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at 5:00 PM IST. The facility of e-voting during the 33rd AGM on August 21, 2025, was also provided. In this regard, it enclosed- the Consolidated Voting Results of remote e-voting and e-voting conducted during the AGM, in relation to the business transacted at the 33rd AGM, pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
