Insolation Energy’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Insolation Green Energy has incorporated a new subsidiary, namely MGPG Green Infra on August 18, 2025 and received certificate of incorporation on August 21, 2025. MGPG Green Infra has been incorporated as a special purpose vehicle (SPV) for the purpose of setting up solar power plants.
