Sungold Capital has informed that it enclosed the proceedings of 33rd Annual General Meeting of Sungold Capital held on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 which commenced at 10.00 AM and concluded at 10:30 AM at its Registered office at Ground Floor, 36, Shri Rang Residency, Vadia, Rajpipla, Narmada, Gujarat- 393145. The Chairman, Rajiv Kotia, chaired the meeting and welcomed all the Members of the Company at the Annual General Meeting and introduced all the Directors, KMPs and Invitees who were present in the Annual General Meeting. The Meeting was well attended and had the requisite quorum. The Chairman delivered his speech.
