Mahalaxmi Fabric Mills has informed that Resolution No. 1 to 5 as per the Notice of the 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company, held through Video Conferencing (VC), on Saturday, the 23rd Day of August, 2025, at 02:30 pm (IST), have been passed by the Shareholders with requisite majority. A copy of the Scrutinizer’s Report containing consolidated voting results is enclosed. Further, pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it enclosed the E-Voting results, in the prescribed format, in respect of the Remote E-Voting and E-Voting at the AGM.
