Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Linc has informed that Tuesday, 16th September, 2025 is fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of dividend, subject to declaration of the same at 31st Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 23rd September, 2025. Further, the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will remain closed from 17th September, 2025 to 23rd September, 2025 (both days inclusive) in connection with the holding of the 31st Annual General Meeting.
