Endurance Technologies informs about newspaper advertisements
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, Endurance Technologies has informed that it enclosed copies of newspaper advertisements published on 26th August, 2025 in the Financial Express (English) and the Loksatta (Marathi), giving public notice under the 100 days campaign by the Investor Education Protection Fund Authority (‘IEPFA’) - ‘Saksham Niveshak’. In the said public notice, Members of the Company, who have not claimed dividend and / or updated KYC details, are requested to claim the dividend / update KYC details at the earliest to avoid transfer of their entitlements to the IEPFA.
