Maa Jagdambe Tradelinks has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held on Wednesday, 3rd September, 2025 at 11:30 am, have appointed P N S V & Co., Chartered Accountants, (Firm Registration No. 129922W) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of five consecutive years, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company. Disclosures as required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are given as Annexure A.
